While preparing the manuscripts for submission, the authors must follow the guidelines.

  1. The manuscripts submitted to the journal must be the original work of the author(s) listed, and not previously published in part or full.
  2. The journal will accept the manuscripts in electronic format only and from a single designated corresponding author who will be responsible for all subsequent communication with the editors. All manuscripts should be a single Microsoft Word file, with figures (graphics) and tables embedded within them.
  3. A manuscript should not exceed 7000 words, but should be minimum of 3000 words, which should be prepared in single line space A4 size paper and Times New Roman 12-point font size. The text or paragraphs should be left justified only.
  4. The manuscripts should be consistent in style throughout, especially if different authors have contributed sections. All manuscripts are expected to contain scholarly citations, including layout formats of APA style (the latest version).
  5. The following components should be included in the manuscripts, depending on the nature of subjects, but they should be in a clear, consistent style that is easy to read.
    • Title of the manuscript
    • Author's information (name, position, affiliation, address, email address)
    • Abstract (not more than 200 words)
    • Keywords (at least four key words or key phrases)
    • Main Headings (introduction, body [mainly methods, results and discussion, but textual analysis may have different headings] and conclusion; recommendation is optional)
    • Conflict of Interest
    • Author Contributions (if a manuscript is co-authored)
    • Acknowledgements
    • References
  6. All manuscripts will go through several stages of the review process: 1) screening will be assessed by one or more editors to determine whether they fall within the nature and scope of the journal and whether they meet all the requirements of the journal; 2) peer reviewing will be conducted to evaluate the quality of the manuscript; 3) copyediting will be performed by one or more editors for technical correctness and academic style; and 4) proofreading will be done by both desk editors and authors. The authors will receive feedback from the journal for each stage whether their manuscripts are rejected or accepted for further action. The manuscripts may be rejected at any stage during the review process.
  7. The respective authors should take all ethical responsibility for submitted and published manuscripts; if submitted articles are found plagiarized they will directly be rejected without review. The authors should also agree on the terms and conditions of the copyright authorization of the manuscripts to the journal before the manuscripts are published in print and online.
  8. There is no any publication charge for the authors submitting their manuscripts.
  9. All manuscripts should be sent to academia@myagdicampus.edu.np as an email attachment.
