The authors submitting their manuscripts for publication should send three doc files:
- the title, abstract and keywords;
- the title, abstract, keywords and text; and
- a single page author(s)’ resume.
The authors can send their manuscript package to
academia@myagdicampus.edu.np.
Before sending the manuscripts, the authors are suggested to prepare their manuscripts, following the detailed guidelines. The manuscripts which do not meet these guidelines will not be considered for publication.

Manuscript Formatting Style
The journal prefers its authors to prepare their manuscripts, using the latest version of the APA formatting style, preferably the 7th edition.
Manuscript Types
The journal will accept the following types of manuscripts: original research and review.
Manuscript Format
The journal prefers its authors to prepare their manuscripts in doc files, using Times New Roman of 12-point font size throughout. The manuscript should be typed on A4 size paper with a single line space, having 1-inch margin on all sides. All pages of the manuscript should be numbered consecutively throughout, setting up the numbers on the top right.
Tables and Figures
Tables and figures should be formatted according to the APA 7th edition style. Number all tables and figures with Arabic numerals sequentially. The titles should be written in italicized title case below the table and figure numbers.
Manuscript Sections
The basic structure of manuscripts includes 6 major sections: introduction, review of literature, methodology, results, discussion and conclusion. However, depending on the type of article as suggested above, the headings for each section can be different.
ORCID
The authors need to mandatorily provide ORCID as part of ethical, transparent and fair academic practices. If the authors have not ORCID, they may be generated using the link https://orcid.org/ .
Editorial Policy
After the manuscripts are submitted to the journal, the authors are not allowed to submit and publish their manuscripts to another journal. The review process will take 12 weeks on average after the manuscripts are submitted to the journal. However, the authors are also allowed to withdraw their manuscripts at any stage of the review process, but they need to inform the journal at least two weeks before such requests.
Plagiarism Policy
The journal adopts a zero tolerance plagiarism policy. All the manuscripts will be checked for plagiarism and if they are found plagiarized, they will be rejected outright. Once submitted to the journal, the authors are not allowed to submit their manuscripts to another journal.
